Job Description

Job Summary :We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positions across industries. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates as per client or internal requirements. Key Responsibilities Understanding client requirements for manpower. Sourcing potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and internal databases. Screening resumes and applications based on job criteria. Conducting telephonic or video interviews. Coordinating with hiring managers or clients for interview scheduling. Following up with candidates post-interview till final onboarding. Maintaining recruitment reports and data sheets. Creating and updating job descriptions. Required Skills:Good communication (verbal & written) in English and local language. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals. Time management and multi-tasking ability. Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Business Administration / Commerce or any relevant field. MBA or PG Diploma in HR is a plus (but not mandatory). Preferred Qualities:Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proactive and positive attitude. Team player with client-oriented mindset.
