Job Description

Key Responsibilities (What they do) Talent Sourcing: Find candidates via online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) and build talent pipelines. Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings (phone/video), and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Employer Branding: Act as the first point of contact, promoting the company's culture and values. Candidate Management: Communicate throughout the hiring cycle, provide feedback, and manage offers. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and market trends. Process Management: Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure smooth onboarding.  Essential Skills & Qualifications (What they need) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities. Proficiency with recruitment software, social media, and online sourcing. Understanding of employment law and recruitment best practices. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field often preferred.  Core Objective To attract, hire, and retain top talent that fits the company's needs and culture, ensuring a strong workforce and positive employer brand.
