Job Title: HR Recruiter – UK Shift
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi
Shift Timing: UK Shift (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST or as applicable)
Experience: 1–3 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and support end-to-end recruitment processes for our UK-based clients or internal hiring needs aligned with the UK time zone. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, with a keen understanding of global recruitment practices and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for UK-based roles (technical and non-technical).
• Understand job requirements and work with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals).
• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases.
• Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams for post-offer formalities.
• Stay updated with UK employment trends and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international or UK hiring.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Reed.co.uk, CV Library, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
• Familiarity with UK employment norms and time zone flexibility is a must.
• Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for UK or Europe-based clients.
• Knowledge of GDPR and UK recruitment compliance.
