Job Description

Lead and manage the recruitment process for a wide range of roles, from job posting to offer acceptance. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role specifications, qualifications, and skills required. Conduct screening interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant team members, ensuring a smooth interview process. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers, keeping all parties informed throughout the hiring process. Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals. Proactively engage with passive candidates to build a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Utilize advanced search techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to identify and engage with top talent. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers across various departments to understand their specific hiring needs and advise on the best recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and insights to hiring teams on market trends, candidate expectations, and salary benchmarking. Assist in creating job descriptions that attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates at every stage of the hiring process, from the first contact to the job offer. Act as the point of contact for candidates, providing clarity on the recruitment process and responding to queries in a timely manner. Manage candidate expectations and maintain transparency throughout the recruitment journey. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing: Promote Senso EV?s employer brand through job postings, social media, and other marketing initiatives to attract top-tier candidates. Represent Senso EV at job fairs, networking events, and university recruitment drives to enhance the company's visibility and attract diverse talent. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary documentation and pre-employment checks are completed before the candidate?s start date. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient transition for new hires. Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics. Generate regular reports to track hiring progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and hiring outcomes. Analyze recruitment data to identify areas of improvement and suggest strategies to optimize the hiring process.
