Full-Time Job Role & Responsibilities: Develop and increase tie-ups with new and existing companies for candidate placements Conduct telephonic interviews and initial screening of candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews between companies and shortlisted candidates Regular follow-ups with companies and candidates for feedback and selection updates Manage professional communication through emails and calls Handle job postings, updates, and branding content across social media platforms Maintain daily candidate and client interaction reports Requirements: Female candidates only Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office, mailing, and social media handling Target-oriented with a positive attitude Graduate in any stream (HR/Management background preferred) 0-3 years of experience (Freshers with good communication can apply) Why Join Us?
