Job Role: This candidate is responsible for management of Employe Life Cycle with strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.He is also responsible for handling all activity from employee joining to employee exit with F&F.Required Skills: 1. Proficient in Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment with Talent Acquisition Strategy.
2. Knowledge of Executive Search, Employer Branding, Data-Driven Decision Making.3. Empathy, active listening, problem-solving, advocacy, and the ability to work with diverse populations.4. Excellent client and employee-interfacing skills5. Excellent Administrative skills for handling Employee Life cycle.6. Excellent communication skills, including local languages ( Written & Verbal)7. The ability to interact successfully across cultures and persuasion skills Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills8. Being performance-driven and focused on results.Responsibilities: 1. Follow the right recruitment process, screening of suitable candidates to close vacancy on time, and take it forward for next level till joining.2. Hiring new employee as per JD and budget decided to estimate correct manpower budgeting.3. Building healthy work culture in company by following HR related procedures and policies.4. Roles and Responsibilities & KRA Handover to new joinee after induction with Joining formalities.5. Follow up with superiors for timely completion of self appraisal, review, PMS.6. Must execute Employee Life cycle with new joinees formalities,Personal File, Induction & training, Perfomrance monitoring with Increment, Warning, Transfer letter till exit interview and F&F of any employee.7. Responsible for execute the proper communication process with new joining and 3rd party vendors, consulatants.8. Cooperate and coordinate with other functions for daily man power requirement with Position Chart, JD & KRA updation on time when any employee left or join in any department.9. Responsible for Handling Mushin Software & MIS sheet for Handling Recruitment process.10. Responsible for follow Recruitment procedures for smooth recruitment process completion.11. Responsible for followups with another departments for daily routine work.12. Responsible for 5's & Kaizen implement in HR department.

Education: MBA/PG/Diploma from HR/IR is desired.

Relevant Experience:Min. 03-06 years

Salary Range:30 -40k ctc

Monthly Reference Companies: Preferred - Fastener industry , Else –Automobile, Industrial Products

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
