- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process
*Requirements:*
- *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- *Experience:* 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- *Skills:*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
