Job Title: HR Recruiter (Contract) – Analyst & Senior Analyst Hiring

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on IT recruitment and development hiring. This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through multiple channels — job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating feedback.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT recruitment.
• Proven knowledge of sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

• Must have prior experience in IT recruitment and development hiring.
• Experience handling Analyst and Senior Analyst level roles preferred.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
