HR Recruiter

Location: Relaince road bhovapur pilkhuwa UP Job Type: FULL TIME Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle — from identifying hiring needs to sourcing and interviewing candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Key Responsibilities:Understand hiring requirements and work with department heads to define job descriptions and qualifications. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and campus recruitment. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings. Manage candidate communication and provide timely feedback. Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or hiring events. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees. Prepare recruitment-related reports and maintain records. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role (1–3 years preferred). Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple recruitment projects. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Preferred Skills:Experience recruiting in [industry] is a plus. Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
