Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role located in Saket. The HR Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and developing strategies to attract top talent will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to build and manage candidate pipelines.
• Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a creative or digital marketing industry is a plus.
