Job Description

ecruiter – Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)Sourcing & Line-ups Identify, source, and line up suitable candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, references, campus drives, etc.). Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates as per manpower requirements. Screening & Shortlisting Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist candidates as per job descriptions. Ensure the right quality of profiles before forwarding to the next stage. Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure smooth communication throughout the process. Joining & Documentation Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documents. Follow up with selected candidates till joining and track their onboarding status. Reporting & MIS Maintain daily/weekly reports on sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers, and joinings. Track and update candidate status in the recruitment system/portal. Target Achievement Achieve weekly/monthly recruitment targets (line-ups, offers, and joinings). Focus on improving selection ratios and reducing dropouts. Vendor & Campus Coordination (if applicable) Coordinate with recruitment vendors and campus placement officers to generate a continuous pool of candidates. Quality & Compliance Ensure candidates meet required eligibility criteria. Follow company recruitment policies and compliance guidelines.
