We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will support our recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule further interviews with hiring managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Skills and Qualifications
