Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Russia. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a passion for finding and attracting top talent to the organization.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals
Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reporting
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
