HR Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding the right talent. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of hiring trends, and the ability to build strong employer branding while ensuring the best candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting. Conduct initial HR screenings and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance the employer brand. Negotiate offers, finalize employment terms, and facilitate smooth onboarding. Stay updated with industry hiring trends and innovative sourcing strategies. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Recruiter/HR Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency). Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing tools, and HR databases. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously with attention to detail. Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in volume hiring, IT/non-IT recruitment, or niche hiring. Proficiency with HRMS, ATS tools, and MS Office Suite. Strong networking abilities with a focus on talent engagement.
