Job Description

As an HR Recruiter at K.R Mangalam Group located in New Delhi, you will be a key player in the full-cycle recruitment process, responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs. Your role will focus on developing and executing recruiting strategies, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and contributing to our employer branding initiatives. You will be expected to collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, source potential candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Additionally, you will be conducting initial interviews, coordinating further interviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
