Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Office Timings: Monday – Friday | 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across departments.
• Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle salary discussion and negotiation with shortlisted candidates.
• Follow up with candidates through the entire selection process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of hiring.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in recruitment (mandatory).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring targets.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and detail-focused.
