Job Title: Business Development Manager (with HR & Finance Expertise) Location: salem Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1-2 years Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in HR recruitment and a solid understanding of finance and accounts . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and supporting internal operations such as talent acquisition, budgeting, and financial coordination. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong business acumen, communication, and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to achieve growth targets. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and market presence. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. HR & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Finance & Accounts Coordination: Work closely with the finance team to track budgets, invoices, and payments. Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and basic accounting tasks. Analyze sales and financial data to support decision-making. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 1–2 years of combined experience in business development, recruitment, and finance/accounts coordination . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
