HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in hiring and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include working on hiring mandates, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, coordinating Joings, On Boarding and assisting HR Manager in day to day operations.

A successful recruiter should have excellent interpersonal skills, should be organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with employment legislature, and remain informed in company hiring. A good recruiter should be able to assess candidates' skills, experience, and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Working on hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, job portals & social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill vacant positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Handling documentations for new hires for On Baoarding.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Managing internship programs.
• Assisting HR Manager in day to day HR operations.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Recruiter Requirements:

• MBA /MSW/ Bachelor's degree in human resources.
• The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
