Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Forex Sales & Advisory desk as a Senior Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients, providing expert advisory services, and developing tailored foreign exchange risk management strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with deep knowledge of FX markets, derivative products, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Relationship Management Manage and enhance relationships with mid-to-large corporates with substantial foreign exchange exposure. Should have strong knowledge of currency risk management and shall be able to guide others. Build long-term, strategic relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction. FX Advisory & Strategy Development Design and implement customized hedging strategies that align with clients' business models, risk appetite, and market outlook. Provide clients with real-time market intelligence, rate views, and strategic advice on currency movements. Offer bespoke structured product solutions that meet the specific needs of each client. Sales & Execution Drive new client acquisition for forex risk management and advisory services. Identify growth opportunities within existing client portfolios and pitch tailored forex solutions. Promote and pitch proprietary platforms and tools developed by CR Forex to enhance client offerings. Achieve revenue growth through the effective execution of forex risk solutions, including hedging strategies and structured products. Market Intelligence & Research Keep clients informed about key macroeconomic trends, geopolitical developments, and shifts in the FX market. Provide research-backed insights and analysis to support proactive and strategic client engagement. Key Requirements: Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in corporate FX sales/advisory with a proven track record in executing forex deals. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of FX markets, derivative products, and regulatory frameworks (including RBI regulations). Sales & Advisory Expertise: Strong ability to originate and close FX deals with corporate clients, while offering strategic risk management solutions. Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with senior decision-makers and clients. Education: MBA/CA/CFA preferred; NISM-Series-I: Currency Derivatives Certification is a plus. Experience in corporate FX sales and advisory. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and sales analytics tools. Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5, Bloomberg, Reuters).
