Role Description This is an internship role for an HR Recruiter Intern, offered as a remote position. The intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team in daily recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The HR Recruiter Intern will also assist in coordinating recruitment events and preparing recruitment materials, as well as performing clerical tasks and providing general administrative support to the HR department. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with MS Office and office management software (e.g., HRMS) Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes Ability to work independently and remotely Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or a related field Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Show more Show less
