Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using various channels.
• Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and coordinating client communications.
• Help maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume shortlisting, and client follow-ups.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and closures.
• Learn and contribute to recruitment strategies and best practices.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn recruitment processes and perform effectively.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and MS Office skills.
