HR Recruiter Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing strategies, and hiring processes while working closely with experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on different platforms.
• Provide timely communication with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for improving hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and HR processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) will be a plus.
