Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support

Source profiles from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview updates.
Maintain candidate tracking sheets.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

Assist with joining formalities and collecting new-hire documents.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards.
Maintain employee records and HRMS accuracy.

3. Employee Engagement

Support HR in planning team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs.
Conduct feedback surveys and prepare reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,472.08 - ₹10,978.48 per month
