Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our corporate HR team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of departments and functions. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a passion for finding the right talent to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
Write compelling job descriptions and post them across job boards and career sites.
Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
