Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates. The ideal candidate is skilled at sourcing talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to meet business goals. 💼 Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements Develop and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, career pages) Source candidates using databases, social media, networking, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure all hiring records are up to date Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process, providing timely updates and feedback Support onboarding and orientation for new hires Track recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and prepare reports Participate in employer branding efforts and career events 📚 Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house preferred) Familiarity with ATS and HR databases (e.g. Workday, Greenhouse, BambooHR) Strong sourcing skills and understanding of Boolean search techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously High level of discretion and professionalism ⭐ Preferred Qualifications:Experience hiring for technical or specialized roles Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or LinkedIn Recruiter certification 🎯 What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits Flexible work options (hybrid/remote) A collaborative and inclusive team culture Career growth opportunities
