HR Recruiter

Are you a talented recruiter with a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunity? If you have 3 to 5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment preferably in constructions and manufacturing industry, we have an exciting role for you!

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers, understand job requirements, and use various sourcing techniques to attract the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify and attract top Non-IT talent using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals

.✔ End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.

✔ Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

✔ Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.

✔ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.

Required Skills:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔ 3 to 5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment preferably in constructions and manufacturing industry.

✔ Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), Boolean search, and networking.

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

✔ MBA in HR or relevant field

✔ Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR recruitment (Manufacturing and Construction Industry preferred)
