The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting month-end and year-end financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts including cash, bank, journal, and ledger entries
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Prepare and process vendor payments and customer receipts
Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely filing
Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, and returns
Maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents
Coordinate with auditors and consultants during audits
Assist in monthly MIS reports
Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies
Support year-end closing activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)
3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in Tally / accounting software
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Experience

Experience in manufacturing / construction / project-based accounting
Exposure to statutory audits and internal audits

Monday to Saturday
