Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive from a manufacturing background who has hands-on experience in both recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be an immediate joinee with strong knowledge of statutory compliance and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
  • Source candidates through job portals, consultancies, referrals, and direct sourcing
  • Screen, interview, and schedule technical and HR rounds
  • Conduct salary negotiation and rollout offers
  • Handle bulk and lateral hiring

HR Operations:

  • Manage employee onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain employee records (personal files & digital HRMS)
  • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Process PF, ESI, and payroll inputs
  • Issue HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, warning, and relieving letters
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes

Compliance & Statutory Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
  • Handle PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factory Act, and Shops & Establishment Act
  • Coordinate statutory audits and inspections
  • Maintain statutory registers and records
  • Liaise with labour department and government authorities when required

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing HR processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws and compliance
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS tools & ERP
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualification:

  • MBA in HR or relevant field

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (Manufacturing Industry preferred)
