Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Sourcing Strategy: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, financial job boards, networking, and referrals) to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates. Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics to ensure high-quality hires. Employer Branding: Represent Fin-Trade Capital at career fairs and industry events; help craft social media content to showcase our company culture. Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, seamless, and positive experience for every candidate, regardless of the hiring outcome. Data Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Requirements & Qualifications Experience : 0.6–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Banking, or Financial Services sectors. Skills: Proven ability to source for niche roles (e.g., Quantitative Analysts, Traders, or Software Developers). Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to "sell" the Fin-trade Capital vision. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
