🎯 Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for various roles across industries and verticals (different companies)
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
Managing interview schedules, offer roll-outs, and onboarding processes
Maintaining accurate recruitment reports and metrics
Collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand job requirements
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3–6 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in consulting or staffing firms)
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple open positions simultaneously
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM systems will be an added advantage
