Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in driver recruitment or blue-collar workforce hiring. The role requires achieving a minimum hiring target of 10 drivers during the initial phase, with consistency and quality in recruitment being a key focus.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit a minimum of 10 drivers per month through various channels.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for driver roles.Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding processes.Maintain regular follow-ups with selected candidates until successful joining.Be available 24x7 on-call for coordination and candidate communication.Assist in aligning hiring needs with internal targets and workforce demands.Maintain accurate documentation and hiring records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
