HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:Understand manpower requirements and create clear job descriptions in consultation with department heads. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule in-person/virtual interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of open positions. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements. Manage onboarding formalities and assist in orientation of new employees. Work on building the employer brand and promoting the company as an attractive place to work. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness). Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or related industries. Strong knowledge of job portals, social media hiring, and networking platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and deliver within timelines. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
