Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and final placements. You will play a vital role in identifying talent, building relationships, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment process for clients across multiple domains. Source and attract candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, databases, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate qualifications based on client requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain and update candidate and client databases (ATS or CRM systems). Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment. Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and joining formalities. Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management. Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices. Represent the company professionally during job fairs, campus drives, and networking events. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Experience in bulk hiring, IT/non-IT recruitment, or agency recruiting preferred. Strong understanding of recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
