Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with 2–4 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing and hiring through various job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media platforms, with a strong ability to identify and engage top talent across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Source potential candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job descriptions and align the best-fit profiles for open positions.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidates’ suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
• Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Manage and enhance the employer branding through online recruitment platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in a corporate or consultancy setup).
• Strong knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in mass hiring or niche technical/non-technical recruitment.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Exposure to HR operations and onboarding will be an added advantage.
