HR Recruiter - Day Shift | Work from Office | Immediate Joiners |

Recruitment experience candidates.
Customer Support / BPO experience candidates are also eligible.

Job Role: HR Recruiter (End-to-End Recruitment)

Roles & Responsibilities (End-to-End Recruitment)

Handling
end-to-end recruitment
for various positions.
Sourcing profiles through
job portals, referrals, databases, and social media.
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates as per requirements
Conducting
initial HR interviews & telephonic screenings.
Coordinating with candidates for
interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Maintaining
candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Explaining job roles, salary structure, and company policies to candidates.
Managing
offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities

candidate experience

Stipend:
10,000 (Internship).
Freshers:
15,000 18,000.
Experienced:
18,000 25,000.
