Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process, both domestic and international. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying the right tools such as networking, headhunting, databases, job portals, and target companies for candidate sourcing based on clients" guidelines. - Searching and scrutinizing resumes to identify potential candidates. - Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to assess their interpersonal and technical skills before presenting them to clients. - Scheduling and coordinating interviews, negotiating compensation, closing mandates, presenting offers, and conducting reference checks on all qualified recruits. - Following up with selected candidates until their joining and maintaining client and candidate satisfaction levels even after the candidate's delivery.
