Job Description -About Chelsea Mills: Chelsea Mills is a renowned name in the textile and apparel industry, recognized for quality, innovation, and commitment to excellence. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment cycle management across departments (screening, shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, offer rollout, onboarding) Source potential candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.) Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers with accuracy and consistency Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-performing candidates Manage internal hiring, walk-ins, campus recruitment drives, and bulk hiring initiatives Ensure timely closure of open positions and reduce time-to-hire Support in HR operations, documentation, and joining formalities Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws related to recruitment Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR recruitment (preferably in manufacturing/textile sector) Strong understanding of hiring trends, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously with attention to detail
