Has to have 7-10 years of experience in advertising/social media campaigns. Honesty, Integrity, High performance, proper and clear communication are valued above all. Should be masterful at building awareness of and developing the brand of Chelsea Athleisure ( Mid premium/value brand) first and then Iris Yoga ( Premium Brand) Second. Communicate with target audiences to build and develop customer relationships online. Growing the brand's Instagram handle is the key focus. We want to funnel traffic to our shopify store through Meta. Assist with E commerce/ Print marketing plans, advertising on social media. Work closely with external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as banners and adverts. Produce creative content, including reels and shorts. Run social media channels and engage influencers. Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions. Creativity Required ! out of the box ideas/ New avenues of generating sales and brand awareness is rare and valued. Liaise with Modeling agencies and photographers and organise photo shoots. Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials. ( Linked in/ Meta) Maintain and update customer databases ( from Ecommerce/Shopify) and maintain communication with them for after sales experience. Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and internal/external focus groups. Be excellent at verbal and written communication. Taking pride in your emails is important. Has to have experience working with influencers/influencer marketing agencies. Should have own conveyance. Location of Gurgaon/Delhi is preferred. Should know how to measure and improve RoAs. Should know how to anticipate marketing trends. Place of work : Gurugram. Training : Any degree will do. Experience and drive is what matters most.
