Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Recruiter based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of Britts Imperial University College. Daily tasks include posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. The HR Recruiter will also maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment best practices
Proficiency in using HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Organizational and time management skills
Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
