HR Recruiter

As an experienced HR Recruiter in the IT industry, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent. Your strong background in sourcing and screening candidates across various roles will ensure a seamless hiring experience for the organization. - Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to final selection. - Collaborate to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. - Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews. - Coordinate and manage interview processes and feedback collection. - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 4-5 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter in the IT Industry. - Strong sourcing and networking skills across multiple platforms. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines. - Experience with bulk hiring is a must.
