Job Description: As an HR Recruiter, your role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process. This includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, and networking. Additionally, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining the candidate database, building relationships with candidates for future needs, and staying updated with industry hiring trends and best practices are key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation. - Maintain and update the candidate database. - Build relationships with candidates for future hiring needs. - Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with job boards, ATS, and recruitment tools. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.,
