Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs.
Post job openings on portals and social media platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule further rounds.
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR.
2-3 years of experience in recruitment (Medical experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of job portals and social media hiring tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
