Job Title: HR Recruiter (Require Female candidate)

Location: Visnagar (onsite)

Salary : RS 20000 to RS 35000 CTC (monthly)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs. This role plays a critical part in building a strong employer brand and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

· Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.

· Source candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks.

· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone/video), and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

· Manage candidate pipelines and maintain applicant tracking systems.

· Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinating background checks or offer letters.

· Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to attract talent.

· Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and report on hiring activity.

· Stay up to date with labor legislation, recruitment trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).

· Familiarity with HR practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
