Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skills needed
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions — from job posting to offer negotiation
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical fit and cultural alignment
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles (e.g., developers, testers, network engineers, DevOps)
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under tight deadlines.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with ATS tools
• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques
• Basic understanding of emerging tech stacks and IT market trends
