Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. Additional duties include developing and maintaining a recruitment network, conducting background checks, and collaborating with department managers to determine hiring needs. The HR Recruiter will also manage job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
