HR Recruiter

Rudra Innovative Software Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing IT services company specializing in delivering innovative software solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive with strong experience in core IT recruitment to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (Developers, Designers, QA, DevOps, etc.).
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Handle salary negotiations and prepare offer letters.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in core IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• Good understanding of IT technologies (MEAN, MERN, .NET, Java, QA, Cloud, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
