Job Description

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for various positions. This includes screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and collaborating with managers to comprehend job requirements. Additionally, you will maintain a candidate database, follow up on interview outcomes, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in recruitment, particularly for blue and grey collar roles. Basic communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role, along with the requirement of having a laptop. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers as well.
