The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. A deep understanding of automotive roles and industry standards is essential. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs across technical, production, sales, engineering, and support roles. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring roles in manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, quality, and dealership operations. Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews. Education: Graduation.
