Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Attraction: Identify and attract potential candidates for job openings by writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms, including online job boards & professional networks.
  • Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening calls or interviews, and assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience to determine their suitability for the role and the company culture.
  • Interview Process Management: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities, from candidate screening to hiring practices, comply with employment laws and regulations.

Skills and Tools

  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Interviewing Techniques: Proficiency in various interviewing and applicant screening methods is necessary to effectively assess candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
