Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and role requirements.
• Create and post job ads on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites.
• Source candidates using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person to assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage the candidate experience, ensuring smooth communication and feedback throughout the process.
• Perform reference checks and background verification on potential hires.
• Maintain a recruitment database and ensure accurate documentation of hiring activities.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract talent.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a similar role. Freshers with at least 6 months of internship experience in HR are also welcome.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Naukri etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
